Chocolate Cheese Pav | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Soft pavs layered with chocolate hazelnut spread and grated cheese, grilled to perfection.

CHOCOLATE CHEESE PAV

Ingredients

4 tablespoons chocolate-hazelnut spread
6 tablespoons grated processed cheese
4 pavs
Butter as required

Method

1. Halve pavs horizontally without cutting through.
2. Spread 1 tablespoon butter on each, top with 1 tablespoon chocolate-hazelnut spread and 1½ tablespoons cheese and cover.
3. Heat a sandwich griller. Brush with some butter, place pavs and brush some more butter on top. Cover and grill till grill marks appear on both sides.
4. Serve immediately.
