Top it with vanilla icecream and enjoy!EGGLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE PUDDINGIngredients1 cup refined flour (maida)¼ cup cocoa powder½ cup castor sugar2 tsps baking powder¼ cup melted butter¾ cup milk1 tsp vanilla essenceSprinkling⅓ cup brown sugar⅓ cup castor sugar3 tbsps cocoa powderIcing sugar for dustingStrawberry wedges for garnishVanilla ice cream to serveMethod1. Preheat the oven at 180ºC.2. Take refined flour in a large bowl, add cocoa powder, castor sugar, and baking powder and mix well. Add melted butter and milk and fold till well combined. Transfer this mixture into a baking dish. 3. Mix together brown sugar, castor sugar and cocoa powder and mix well. Sprinkle this over the prepared batter. Pour ¾ cup hot water over the mixture and do not mix.4. Place the baking dish on a baking tray and place it in the preheated oven. Bake for 35-40 minutes. 5. Bring the baking dish out of the oven and dust with icing sugar. Garnish with strawberry wedges.6.
