Chocolate Banana Bread Rolls | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Deep fried bread rolls stuffed with banana and chocolate.

CHOCOLATE BANANA BREAD ROLLS

Ingredients

½ cup chopped dark chocolate
2 bananas
8 bread slices
3 eggs
Panko breadcrumbs for coating
Chocolate sauce for drizzling

Method

1. Discard the edges of the bread slices.
2. Peel, halve bananas and slice lengthwise.
3. Beat eggs in a bowl.
4. Flatten the bread slices with a rolling pin. Place a banana slice in the centre and top with some chocolate pieces. Roll tightly.
5. Dip the rolls in the beaten eggs and coat with breadcrumbs. Set aside for 5-10 minutes.
6. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry the rolls till golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
7. Drizzle with chocolate sauce and serve.
