Ingredients:Dough:2 Tbsp dry yeast1 cup sugar 2 Cups warm 9 Cups of flour 2 Tbsp Vanilla Sugar 3 eggs 1 cup oil *pinch of salt Filling:3 Cups sugar1 1/2 cups cocoa3 Tbsp Vanilla Sugar 1 cup of oil1 14 ounce container of chocolate / hazelnut spreadInstructions:~Mix all filing ingredients well until combined ~Place yeast, sugar and water into mixer bowl (you can also do the yeast activation in a separate bowl and let do its thing while you mix the other ingredients in your mixer bowl Allow a few minutes to activate When bubbly, add rest of ingredients.Mix well until forms a smooth dough.Let rise in a covered bowl for 1 hour.( Magrish Challah)Divide dough into 3 Flour your work surface and roll out dough into a rectangle Using 1/3 of the filling, spread it all over the dough (Easiest using an offset spatula)Roll up then twist and place into a 10 loaf pan. Repeat with other 2 doughs.
