Chocolate Pistachio Fudge is a rich, decadent and sinfully sweet dessert dish. Its thick ,creamy texture and magnificent taste make it a must-try!CHOCOLATE AND PISTCAHIO FUDGE Ingredients 1 cup chopped dark chocolateToasted and finely chopped pistachios for sprinkling60 ml milk90 ml fresh cream1 cup castor sugar 2 tablespoons glucose syrup 7 grams butter1 teaspoon vanilla essenceMethod1. Heat milk in a deep non-stick pan. Add cream and castor sugar, mix and bring the mixture to boil. 2. Add glucose syrup and whisk. Remove from heat, add dark chocolate, butter and vanilla essence and whisk till the mixture completely melts.3. Pour the mixture into a square glass baking dish and set aside to cool. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or till it semi-sets. 4. Sprinkle some pistachios on top and again refrigerate till fully set. 5. Cut into pieces and serve.
