Ingredients for Vanilla Ice Cream:
Whipped cream 1 cup
Milk 2 cups
Milk powder 2 tbsp
Condensed milk 1/4 cup
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Corn flour + milk 1 ½ tbsp + 1/4 cup

Ingredients for Chocolate Layering:
Milk chocolate 300 g
Roasted almonds (crushed) as required
Roasted peanuts (crushed) as required

Directions for Vanilla Ice-Cream Preparation:
1. In a pan bring milk to boil, add milk powder and cook for 4-5 minutes.
2. Add condensed milk, vanilla essence and cook again for 4-5 minutes on medium flame while stirring continuously.
3. Add slurry slowly while stirring continuously and cook until thickens.
4. Cool down this mixture at room temperature.
5. Add whipping cream in a bowl and pour prepared mixture into it. Beat for 2 minutes on slow speed or until well incorporated.
6. Transfer this mixture into a jug and then pour into ice-cream molds.
7. Cover the top of the mold with aluminium foil and prick in the ice-cream sticks in each poured mixture. Put the mold in freezer for 6-8 hours or overnight.
Directions for Chocolate Layering:
8. Bring water to boil in a sauce pan, place a glass bowl on top of it.
9. Add milk chocolate and mix it until it melts.
10. Pour half of this melted chocolate in one heighted container and half in another.
11. Add roasted almonds and peanuts in one container.
12. Take the frozen vanilla ice-cream out of the freezer and their molds and dip them in melted chocolate one by one.
13. Keep it in air for 1 minute or until chocolate sets on the ice-cream.
14. Consume immediately or put it back in the freezer and enjoy later.
