DIRECTIONS TO MAKE AAM KASUNDI:
The main ingredient of this recipe is Aam Kasundi.
You can make aam kasundi at home. To make aam kasundi, you need:
• raw mango- 150g
• mustard oil- ¼cup
• green chilli- 4pcs
• salt and sugar to taste
• white mustard seeds- 1Tbsp
• black mustard seeds- 1Tbsp
Grind all the ingredients together in a grinder.
At the end add vinegar (2Tbsp) so that you can store it for up to 1month.
