Let it cool down. For binding paste take two tablespoon flour and two tablespoon water, mix it well until you get a smooth paste. Take samosa patti, make cone shape, add filling and bind it with flour paste. Then take roll patti, add filling on one side, roll it and bind it with flour paste.
