Ingredients for chicken marination:
1/2 kg Chicken (fillet)
Salt to taste
1 tsp Garlic powder
2 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Black pepper
Ingredients for rice:
2 cup Rice
3 Eggs
2 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
1 cup Carrot julienne
1 cup Capsicum julienne
1 cup Cabbage shredded
Salt to taste
1 ½ tbsp Chicken powder
1 tsp Black pepper powder
1 tsp White pepper
2 tbsp Soy sauce
1 cup Peas
1/4 cup Spring onion
Directions for Chinese Rice:
Cut chicken fillet into small slices and set aside. In a bowl mix salt, garlic powder, oil and black pepper
Marinate chicken in it for 15 to 20 minutes. Cook on a greased pan for 5 to minutes. Set aside.
In a separate pan add eggs then scrambled it. Set it aside.
Heat water in a pan and cook rice in it until 80% cooked. Keep it aside.
In a wok add oil, add peas in it and cook for 6 to 7 minutes.
Add garlic in it and sauté for a minute. Add carrots, capsicum, cabbage and sauté.
Now add salt, chicken powder, black pepper, white pepper, soy sauce, chicken and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Now add rice, scrambled egg, green onion and toss for 3 to 4 minutes.
Your chicken egg fried rice is ready to serve.
Preparation time: 15-20 minutes
Cooking time: 30-35 minutes
