材料(二人份量)Ingredients (2 people portion):
兩碗冷飯 2 bowls of rice
四棵芥蘭 4 gai lan (Chinese kale)
四分一條臘肉 1/4 Chinese cured pork
一條臘腸 1 Chinese cured sausage
半茶匙鹽 1/2 tsp salt
半茶匙糖 1/2 tsp sugar
兩茶匙生抽 2tsp soy sauce
兩粒蒜頭切碎 2 chopped garlic
四棵蔥白 4 white of spring onion
