Samosa pattis stuffed with spicy chinese flavoured chicken mince mixture and deep fried.CHINESE CHICKEN SAMOSA - (Serves - 4)Ingredients250 grams chicken mince 8 samosa pattis 1 tablespoon oil + for deep-frying2 teaspoons chopped garlic 2-3 spring onion bulbs, chopped Salt to taste Crushed black peppercorns to taste 1 teaspoon soy sauce ½ medium red capsicum, finely chopped ½ medium green capsicum, finely chopped 2-3 tablespoons chopped spring onion greens + for garnishingRefined flour (maida) slurry as requiredTomato ketchup for servingMethod1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a non-stock pan. Add garlic and spring onion bulbs and sauté for 1 minute. 2. Add chicken mince, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add salt, crushed peppercorns, soy sauce, mix and cook for 1 minute.3. Add red capsicum and green capsicum, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes or till the chicken is done. Switch off heat, add spring onion greens and mix well. Transfer on a plate and cool.4. To prepare samosa, fold one end of each samosa patti and make a cone. Put some chicken mixture, fold, apply some slurry on the end and seal.5. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. 6. Put the samosas in hot oil and deep-fry till golden brown and crisp.
