China street food jianbing #shorts | Aaron Sawich

Here's a short video of China street food jianbing. Check out how skilfully the street food artist makes a Shandong jianbing. This is basically a Chinese crepe or Chinese burrito. It was invented in Shandong province. The full Chinese name is jian bing guo zi 煎饼果子. The guo zi is the crispy fried wonton wrapper that is placed in the jian bing, which is the crepe. This is a common breakfast food around China. Fast, cheap and delicious. Make sure to try one if you come here.
