My original encounter with Chilly Willy was a week before Mother's Day 2015. At that time, we were looking for a dishwasher and after seeing him numerous times on the street asking for money, we wanted to offer him a job, something he could start out with and hopefully move to better and productive job tasks. Well, a year has passed and he's still doing what he was doing all this time and when asked how he was doing, he was just fine where he was at, doing the same exact thing he knows what to do. Turns out Willy gets a government check for his disability. What's his disability?
