Masaledar Chicken kebabs stuffed with cheese and fried till crisp perfection. CHILLI STUFFED CHICKEN KEBABIngredients2-3 green chillies, chopped½ tsp red chilli flakes300 grams chicken mince (keema)1 medium onion, finely chopped1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves1½ tsps Tata Sampann Meat Masala2 tsps red chilli powder½ tsp turmeric powder½ tsp cumin powder½ tsp coriander powderSalt to taste ¼ cup grated processed cheese¼ cup grated mozzarella cheeseCrushed black peppercorns to tasteOil for greasing + deep fryingCorn flour slurry as requiredBreadcrumbs for coatingGreen chutney to servePickled onions to serveMethod1. Take chicken mince in a large bowl, add onion, ginger-garlic paste, coriander leaves, Tata Sampann Meat Masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt and mix well. 2. To make the cheese stuffing, take processed cheese in another bowl, add mozzarella cheese, green chillies, chilli flakes, and crushed black peppercorns, and mix well.3. To make the kebab, grease your palms with a little oil. Take a portion of the chicken mixture and stuff it with a portion of the cheese mixture and shape it into a ball.4. Dip each kebab into the corn flour slurry and roll in bread crumbs. Slightly flatten it to shape it like a kebab.5. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai, gently slide in the kebabs and deep fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper.6.
