Masaledar Chicken kebabs stuffed with cheese and fried till crisp perfection.

CHILLI STUFFED CHICKEN KEBAB

Ingredients

2-3 green chillies, chopped
½ tsp red chilli flakes
300 grams chicken mince (keema)
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves
1½ tsps Tata Sampann Meat Masala
2 tsps red chilli powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp cumin powder
½ tsp coriander powder
Salt to taste
¼ cup grated processed cheese
¼ cup grated mozzarella cheese
Crushed black peppercorns to taste
Oil for greasing + deep frying
Corn flour slurry as required
Breadcrumbs for coating
Green chutney to serve
Pickled onions to serve

Method

1. Take chicken mince in a large bowl, add onion, ginger-garlic paste, coriander leaves, Tata Sampann Meat Masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt and mix well.
2. To make the cheese stuffing, take processed cheese in another bowl, add mozzarella cheese, green chillies, chilli flakes, and crushed black peppercorns, and mix well.
3. To make the kebab, grease your palms with a little oil. Take a portion of the chicken mixture and stuff it with a portion of the cheese mixture and shape it into a ball.
4. Dip each kebab into the corn flour slurry and roll in bread crumbs. Slightly flatten it to shape it like a kebab.
5. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai, gently slide in the kebabs and deep fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper.
6. Serve hot with green chutney and pickled onions.
