INGREDIENTS

Paneer (पनीर) - 400 gm

Onion (प्याज) - 1 medium (diced)

Capsicum (शिमला मिर्च) - 1 medium (diced)

Garlic (लहसुन) - 4 to 5 (fine chopped)

Spring Onion – 1 (chopped)

Maida (मैदा) - 2 tbsp

Corn Flour - 2 tbsp

Black Pepper (कार्नफ़्लोर) - 1/2 tsp

Salt (नमक) – 2 tsp (as per taste)

Ginger Garlic Paste (अदरक लहसुन पेस्ट) - 1tsp

Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 tsp

Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च) - 2

Red Chilli Sauce - 1tbsp

Soya Sauce (सोया सॉस)- 1tbsp

Tomato Ketchup (टमाटर कैचअप ) - 1tbsp

Vinegar (सिरका) - 1 tbsp
Oil (तेल) - 2 tbsp
