Mix Black pepper Powder, Cornflour flour then fry the idlis in the wok with the Oil when it get hot. Once done remove the Idlis and keep them aside in the plate, and in the similar manner fry the remaining pieces.Now heat up the wok with Oil in which you Add Garlic (chopped), 2 inch Ginger (Julienne), Green Chillies (Chopped) saute this till ginger & garlic turn golden then add Onion (diced) saute this properly now add Capsicum (diced), Tomato ketchup, Schezwan sauce, Pepper Powder.
