Chilly Cheese Toast - This is a very quick and easy breakfast recipe that can also be served for evening snacks. In this the bread is loaded with a lot of cheese, herbs and other spices and vegetables and then baked into the oven. Once ready it is then cut into thin strip like fingers. Ingredients

2-4 Slices of bread (white/brown)
1/4 Cup grated cheese (regular and mozzarella)
2 Green chillies finely chopped
1 Tsp minced ginger
Salt to taste
Pepper to season
1/2 Tsp red chilly flakes
1 Tbsp butter
1 Medium onion chopped
1 Medium capsicum chopped
4 Tbsp tomato chopped
Some fresh coriander
