Cut the potatoes into thin strips.2. Heat mustard oil in a nonstick pan. Add cumin seeds and once they start to change the colour, add green chillies, garlic and sauté till garlic turns golden brown.3. Add onions and sauté till translucent.4. Add salt, turmeric powder and mix well. Add potatoes and mix well.5. Cover and cook for 12-15 minutes on medium heat.6. Squeeze lemon, add sugar, coriander and mix well.7.
