Chikuwa Dumplings

INGREDIENTS
4 chikuwa
A
100g ground pork
50g cabbage (chopped and seasoned with salt)
20g Chinese chives (chopped)
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
1/2 teaspoon grated garlic
1 teaspoon sesame oil

PREPARATION
1. Mix all of the ingredients A in a bowl. Put the meat into a piping bag.

2. Cut the chikuwa into halves. Pipe the meat (1) onto each chikuwa piece.

3. Put some sesame oil on a pan. Cook (2) on both sides until crispy.

4. Enjoy!
