The olive oil infused with garlic and chili flakes is tossed in with the salad for a lovely treat!Preparation Time: 10 minutesMakes 4 servingsIngredients1 cup soaked and boiled kabuli chana (white chick peas)3/4 cup paneer (cottagte cheese) cubes1/2 cup tomato cubes2 tbsp thinly sliced black olives2 tbsp finely chopped parsley1/4 cup finely chopped spring onion greenssalt and freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste1 cup lettuce , torn into piecesTo Be Mixed Into A Dressing1 1/2 tsp olive oil1 tbsp lemon juice2 tsp powdered sugarsalt and freshly ground black peppercorns (kalimirch) to taste1 tbsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)2 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)Method1. Combine the chickpeas, paneer, tomatoes, black olives, parsley, spring onion greens and the prepared dressing in a bowl and mix well.2. Add the salt and pepper and mix well.3. Add the lettuce and mix well.4. Refrigerate for atleast 1 hour and serve chilled.
