Give it a try and do share your feedback!Ingredients for Tortilla Wraps 300gm K&Ns Thunder Filletsoil (for frying)For the wraps2 tomatoes, sliced4 large leafs lettuce1 onion, slicedHalf cup pickled cucumber6 medium tortillasIngredients for Tortilla1 cups cornmeal cup all purpose flour1 teaspoon salt1 tablespoons olive oilWater as requiredIngredients Chili Garlic Mayo Sauce: cup Coriander leaves3-4 cloves garlic2-3 Green Chili1 pinch salt1/2 cup light mayonnaise3 tbsp yogurt1 tsp lemon juiceDirections:Whisk the cornmeal, flour and salt together in a mixing bowl. Add the oil and mix well. Add the water and mix until the dough comes together; place on a lightly floured surface and knead a few minutes until smooth and elastic. Divide the dough into equal pieces and roll each piece into a ball.Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Use a well-floured rolling pin to roll a dough ball into a thin, round tortilla. Place into the hot skillet, and cook until bubbly and golden; flip and continue cooking until golden on the other side. Set aside, the cooked tortilla; continue rolling and cooking the remaining dough.Making Sauce: In a blender add coriander leaves, garlic, green chilies, lemon juice, salt and mix well until smooth paste; stir into mayonnaise along with yogurt.
