Ingredients for Tortilla Wraps
300gm K&Ns Thunder Fillets
oil (for frying)

For the wraps
2 tomatoes, sliced
4 large leafs lettuce
1 onion, sliced
Half cup pickled cucumber
6 medium tortillas

Ingredients for Tortilla
1 cups cornmeal
cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoons olive oil
Water as required

Ingredients Chili Garlic Mayo Sauce:
cup Coriander leaves
3-4 cloves garlic
2-3 Green Chili
1 pinch salt
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
3 tbsp yogurt
1 tsp lemon juice

Directions:
Whisk the cornmeal, flour and salt together in a mixing bowl. Add the oil and mix well. Add the water and mix until the dough comes together; place on a lightly floured surface and knead a few minutes until smooth and elastic. Divide the dough into equal pieces and roll each piece into a ball.
Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Use a well-floured rolling pin to roll a dough ball into a thin, round tortilla. Place into the hot skillet, and cook until bubbly and golden; flip and continue cooking until golden on the other side. Set aside, the cooked tortilla; continue rolling and cooking the remaining dough.
Making Sauce: In a blender add coriander leaves, garlic, green chilies, lemon juice, salt and mix well until smooth paste; stir into mayonnaise along with yogurt. Set aside.
Prepare K&Ns Thunder Fillets, sliced and prepare as per the instructions on the pack
To assemble the wraps, place lettuce, tomato, onion, pickled cucumber and put sliced chicken fillet, dressing with mayo sauce. Roll and eat!
