Boneless chicken pieces marinated in a delicous Tart shells filled with a delicious Tikka Masala and cream cheese blend.

CHICKEN TIKKA TARTS

Ingredients

150 grams chicken tikka
12-16 canapes
1 medium onion
1 medium tomato
1 teaspoon chaat masala
3-4 tablespoons mayonnaise
Juice of ½ lemon
2-3 fresh mint sprigs

Method

1. Peel and finely chop onion. Finely chop tomato and put the chopped vegetables in a bowl.
2. Shred the chicken tikka and add to the chopped vegetables. Add chaat masala and mix. Add mayonnaise and mix. Add lemon juice and mix well.
3. Finely chop mint sprigs, add to chicken tikka mixture and mix well.
4. Fill the canapés with the chicken tikka mixture.
5. Serve immediately.
