Cut each chicken tikka into strips. Transfer this into a large bowl. Add carrot, cabbage, green capsicum, mayonnaise, red chilli flakes, crushed black peppercorns and salt and mix well.2. Apply butter on all the bread slices. Arrange some lettuce leaves on 4 bread slices. Place a portion of the chicken mixture over the lettuce leaves and spread it evenly. Cover with the remaining bread slices with the butter side facing down. 3. Trim the sides, cut the sandwich into fingers.
