Chicken Tikka Rice Recipe in English:

Ingredients for tikka gravy:
400gm K&N’s Chicken Tikka Chunks
2 tbsp Oil
1 cup Yogurt
4 Tomatoes (puree)
4 tbsp Cream
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tsp White pepper powder
2 tbsp Tikka masala
Salt to taste
2 tsp Lemon juice
Coal for smoke
Green coriander (chopped) for garnish
Ingredients for rice:
2 cups Rice (soaked)
1 K&N’s Stok
1 tbsp oil
1/2 cup Onion (sliced)
2 Green chilies (chopped)
1/4 cup Tomato (chopped)
1 tsp Red chili powder
1 tsp Garlic garlic paste
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
Salt to taste

ingredients for hot mayo sauce:
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup ketchup
salt to taste
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp sriracha sauce

Directions for gravy:
1. Prepare K&N’s Chicken Tikka Chunks as per the instructions on the pack. Set aside.
2. In a pan heat oil and sauté ginger garlic paste in it for a minute.
3. Then add yogurt, tomato puree, tikka masala, salt, white pepper and lemon juice.
4. Cook gravy on medium low heat for 8 to 9 minutes.
5. Then add prepared K&N’s Chicken Tikka Chunks, cream in gravy and cook for 2 minutes.
6. In end heat coal, put a foil cup in pan, place hot coal, drizzle oil on top and smoke your gravy for 2-3 minutes.

Direction for hot mayo sauce:
In a bowl add, mayonnaise, ketchup, salt, garlic powder, black pepper powder, sriracha sauce and mix it well..

Directions for rice:
1. Heat oil in a pan, add onion and cook until translucent.
2. Then add ginger garlic paste, cumin seeds, green chilies and cook for a minute.
3. Then add tomatoes, K&N’s Stok, salt, garam masala powder, red chili powder and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Add water if required.
4. Then add soaked rice, 1 cup water and let it boil uncovered on medium low flame until it starts simmering.
5. When water almost dries out, cover and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes on low flame.
6. Your rice is ready. Serve with gravy and drizzle hot mayo sauce and enjoy your chicken tikka rice.
