Ingredients for dough:
Flour 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Lukewarm water for kneading

Ingredients for filling:
Black Pepper Powder (1/2 tsp)
Garam Masala Powder (1/2 tsp)
K&N’s Toppingz ‘n Fillingz (Tikka)
Tomatoes seedless (chopped) 1/4 cup
Green chilies (chopped) 1 tsp
Green onion (chopped) 1/4 cup
Salt (to taste)
Egg 1
Oil for frying

Directions:
1. In a bowl add flour, salt, oil and mix, gradually add water and start kneading a dough.
2. Knead your dough for about 9 to 10 minutes. Make sure your dough is of medium consistency.
3. Grease it with oil, cover and let it rest for about 30 minutes.
4. Prepare K&N's Tikka Toppingz 'n Fillingz as per instructions on the pack. Set aside.
5. In a bowl add tomatoes, green onion, green chilies, egg, salt, black pepper powder, garam masala powder, prepared K&N's Tikka Toppingz 'n Fillingz and mix it well.
6. Take a small portion of your dough, grease your rolling mat with oil and roll out the dough into a very thin paper like sheet.
7. Grease it with oil and add prepared filling in center in rectangular like shape. Fold it in from all sides giving it a rectangular shape.
8. Prick it with a fork or toothpick for steam can pass out.
9. Grease your pan with oil and place mutabbaq on the pan carefully from the folded side.
10. Cook each side for about 3 to 4 minutes on medium flame. And take it off the pan.
11. Your delicious tikka mutabbaq is ready to serve.

Cooking time: 15 minutes
