Mix well and marinate for 30-40 minutes.Directions for Rice Preparation:In a bowl, soak rice for 25-30 minutes.In a pot add water and bring it to boil. Then add salt, oil, vinegar, cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, black cardamom, green cardamom, star anise and bay leaves. Let boil for 2 minutes.Now add soaked rice and cook until 80% done. Strain and set aside.Directions for Chicken Tikka Preparation:Now, thread your marinated tikka pieces on skewers.Brush oil on pre-heated grill pan with oil and grill your tikka skewers from all sides for 4-6 minutes or until fully cooked.Take the cooked tikka skewers off the flame and set aside.Directions for Tikka Biryani Masala:Now, heat oil in a pot, add onion and cook until they start to get golden. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for another 2 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook until they start to change color.Add salt, red chili powder, red chili flakes, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and cook until oil separates. Add yogurt and cook for 5-7 minutes on medium low flame.Add grilled chicken tikka into the prepared gravy, give it a good mix and your tikka biryani masala is ready.Directions for Assembling:Now take clay pot, add layer of masala with oil, boiled rice, masala and tikka, boiled rice, garnish and orange food color.Cover it with foil paper and seal tightly.Heat up the coals and place the clay pot on them.
