chicken stock to cook many Indo-Chinese dishes and also for many continental dishes to suit Oriental taste An excellent broth/ stock/ liquid in which meat and vegetables are simmered and cooked for few hours until done. This stock is generally used as base for most soups and gravies.
to be used in many Indo Chinese Dishes and many sauces for oriental taste

Ingredients


1 number each all type of vegetables
1 number chicken bones
4 number coriander stems
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 number Dry garam masalas
5 number garlic cloves
2 number Green Chili
1 number mix Vegetable trimmings
10 numbe peppercorns
as needed cup water

Directions

• In a big bowl add water add all the dry garamasals,pepper, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, all kinds of vegetables, green chillies, garlic cloves,chicken bones and boil for 2 hrs.

• after 2 hrs chicken stock is ready
