Chicken Soup with Misua and Patola is a type of Filipino chicken soup. This dish makes use of a vegetable known as luffa (it is called patola in the Philippines) and thin noodles called misua. The noodles are made from what flour.The part of the chicken that I used in this video is the breast. I also added fresh hot pepper leaves and scallions. Enjoy!
