Ghee1 Tbsp. Garlic, chopped1 Tsp. Cumin Seeds1½ tbsp. All Purpose Flour1 Tbsp. ButterSalt and pepper to taste1 Tsp. Garam MasalaCream (optional)Method:-- Let the chicken pieces cool down and shred them.- In a saucepan heat ghee and add cumin seeds, garlic and flour. Cook until the flour changes its colour.- Pour some part of the stock, followed by the chicken and let it thicken.- Now add, salt, pepper and stir.- Add the remaining stock as per the preferred consistency and simmer for 5 minutes.- Sprinkle the garam masala on the top.- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot!TIP:-- If any vegetables or sweet corn is to be added, do it after adding the first batch of the chicken stock.
