Chicken Pepper Garlic and Onion Gravy | Vahchef - VahRehVah

CHICKEN PEPPER GARLIC AND ONION GRAVY
INGREDIENTS:
Chicken - 1no`
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Pepper - 100 gms
Garlic - 10 cloves
Onion - 1 no
Mustard seeds - 1tsp
Red chillies - 4 nos
Curry leaves - 2 spring
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - ½ tsp
Water - As Required
Salt - As per taste
Coriander leaves - 1 bunch
DIRECTIONS:
Firstly, take a grill to burn the chicken, apply turmeric powder and start burning chicken on direct flame by using a grill and then cut into pieces.
Take some oil in a pan, pepper, garlic, onion and saute it till turns into light brown in color and then grind it into a fine paste.
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, red chillies, curry leaves and add the onion paste, add little amount of water to cook it.
Then add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder mix it and cook it till the oil oozes out of the gravy.
Now add water, salt, chicken pieces cook it. In the last, add coriander leaves and let it cook on a slow flame for a minute.
Tasty and spicy chicken pepper garlic and onion gravy is ready to serve with hot rice or roti.
