Then add green chilies, red chili flakes, oregano, white pepper, salt and mix it well. Then add capsicum, bell pepper, cream and cook for 6 to 8 minutes almost. Lastly add green onion, coriander, mix it well and your mixture is ready. Take two samosa patti, make a plus sign and add the filling in center. Fold it like a parcel and bind it with flour paste.
