Ingredients for dough:
Wheat flour 1 cup
Flour 2 cups
Salt 1/4 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Water for kneading
Desi ghee as required

Ingredients for chicken marination
Chicken strips (boneless) 1/2 kg
Yogurt 1 cup
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Hot sauce 1/2 tbsp
Black pepper 1/4 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Ingredients for dynamite sauce:
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Sweet chili sauce 1/2 cup
Sriracha sauce 4 tbsp
Paprika 1/4 tsp
Sesame oil 1/4 tsp
Ingredients for assembling:
Cucumber as required
Onion (sliced) as required
Salad leaves (shredded) as required

Directions:
In a bowl add wheat flour, flour, salt, oil and mix. Gradually add water and knead dough well until smooth. Let it rest for 15 to 20 minutes.
For chicken marination take a bowl add chicken strips, yogurt, chili flakes, turmeric, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste, oil, salt, black pepper, hot sauce and mix it well. Marinate for 10 to 15 minutes.
For sauce take a bowl; mix mayo, sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, paprika, sesame oil and mix them all well. Your dynamite sauce is ready.
Cook marinated chicken by heating oil in a pan; add marinated chicken and cook for about 8 to 10 minutes on medium flame or until chicken dries out completely and tender. Set aside.
Divide the dough into 4 portions and roll out one part into a thin sheet.
Spread desi ghee evenly, roll it again and make a ball shape. Roll it out into a round paratha shape.
Heat a flat pan, place paratha on top, pour desi ghee and cook it from both side on medium flame until fully cooked and crispy.
For assembling your paratha roll; take prepared paratha top it with salad leaves, cooked chicken, onion, cucumbers and dynamite sauce. Roll it and its done.
Your tasty and spicy dynamite paratha roll is ready to serve.
