Add chicken and all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix well until well combined. Marinade the chicken for 30 minutes.2. Fry in oil until crispy and golden brown in color. Take off flame keep aside.Directions for Dragon Sauce Preparation:3. Now, heat oil in a pan. Saute garlic and red chilies for a minute. Add red chili sauce, ketchup, soy sauce, water and salt. Cook for a minute over high flame.4. Add red and green capsicum and toss on high flame for a minute. 5. Lastly, add fried chicken. Toss again on medium high flame until well coated with the sauce. 6.
