Chicken Pakora Skewers
Ingredients for Chicken pakora skewers
Chicken boneless (cube cut) 1/2 kg
Gram flour 1/2 cup
Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Coriander (chopped) 3 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Egg white 1
Water as required
Ingredients for Red Chilli Sauce
Ketchup 1 cup
Chilli flakes 1/2 tbsp
Mint 2 tbsp
Coriander green 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Sugar 1/2 tbsp
Chat masala 1/2 tbsp
Directions:
Take a bowl add gram flour, red chili powder, turmeric, salt, garam masala, coriander, corn flour, egg white and water.
Then add cube cut chicken and mix it properly.
Now keep it aside for 5 to 10 minutes then take wooden skewers.
Thread prepared chicken chunks on wooden skewers.
Then heat oil in a pan and fry skewers until light golden brown for 5 to 6 minutes.
Direction for red chili sauce:
In a blander add ketchup, chili flakes, mint, coriander, salt sugar, chaat masala and blend well.
Your sauce is ready, serve with the skewers.
Preparation time: 10-15 minutes
Cooking time: 20-25 minutes
