Chicken mince mixture wrapped around sugar cane sticks and shallow fried.CHICKEN ON SUGARCANE STICKS Ingredients2 cups chicken minceSugarcane sticks as required, cut into 4 inch long batons1 medium onion, chopped2 tablespoons chopped garlic2 eggs 2 tablespoons rice flourSalt to taste1 teaspoon fish sauce1 teaspoon lemon juiceOil for shallow-frying Method1. Blend together chicken mince, onion, garlic, eggs, rice flour, salt and fish sauce. Add lemon juice and blend again to a smooth mixture.2. Transfer the mixture into a bowl. Divide the mixture into equal portions and wrap them around sugarcane sticks. 3. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan. Add the sugarcane sticks and shallow-fry till golden from all sides and chicken is fully cooked. 4.
