This video shows you how to cook Chicken Molo Soup. This dish is also known as pancit molo. It is the Filipino version of wonton soup. This recipe that I am featuring makes use of wonton made from ground chicken along with minced shrimp. This is best enjoyed when topped with toasted garlic and chopped scallions.
