Ingredients:• 500 gm Chicken• 2 TBSP curd• 2bay leaf, 1 black cinnamon, 1 Kashmiri red chilli,2 cinnamon,1 mace, 6-7 cardamom• 1 TSP Sugar• Salt to taste• ½ cup onion paste• 1 TSP red chilli powder• ½ TSP turmeric powder• 1 TSP coriander powder• 1 TSP black pepper• 1 TBSP gheeProcessStep 1:• Marinate chicken with salt , 2 TBSP curd ,salt and turmeric for 60 mints.Step 2:Masala mix:• 1 bay leaf, 1 black cinnamon, 1 Kashmiri red chilli,1 cinnamon,1 mace, 3-4 cardamom and grind it nicely.Step 3:• Add 4 TBSP mustard oil in a pan• Add 1 bay leaf,1 inch cinnamon,2 cardamom,2 cloves and fry it• Add 1 cup chopped onion• Fry it• Add 1 TSP Sugar• Add Salt to taste• Add ½ cup onion paste• Sauté it for few minutes• Add 1 TSP red chilli powder• Add ½ TSP turmeric powder• Add 1 TSP coriander powder• Fry it for 5-7 mints• Add 1 TSP black pepper• Add marinated chicken and mix it nicely• Keep stirring for 20 mints• Add masala mix• Mix it nicely and keep stirring it for 10 mints• Add 1 cup hot water• Close with lid and wait for 10 mints• Add ½ Cup of tea liquor and cover with a lid for another 5-7 mints• Open the lid • Add 1 TBSP ghee==================================================please like & subscribe and comment what you like and what you didnt like.
