Chicken Manchurian Dry

Ingredients for Chicken Preparation:
Chicken boneless 1 kg
Egg 1
Corn flour 3 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
White pepper powder 1 tsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Oil (for frying) as required

Ingredients for Manchurian:
Oil 1/4 cup
Garlic (chopped) 2 tbsp
Red chilies (chopped) 1/4 cup
Green onion (white part) 1/4 cup
Red capsicum (cubes) 1 cup
Green capsicum (cubes) 1 cup
Onion (cubes) 1 cup
Ketchup 1/2 cup
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Green onion (green part) as required

Ingredients for Scrambled Eggs:
Eggs 4
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp / to taste
Oil 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Egg Fried Rice:
Oil 1/4 cup
Garlic (chopped) 2 tbsp
Boiled rice 3 cups
Scrambled eggs
Capsicum (chopped) 1/2 cup
Carrot (chopped) 1/2 cup
Black Pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
Chili Sauce 2 tbsp
Green Onion (chopped) for garnishing

Directions for Chicken Preparation:
1. In a bowl add chicken, egg, corn flour, salt, white pepper powder, vinegar, oil and mix it well. Marinate the chicken for 15-20 mins.
2. In a pot heat oil and deep fry the chicken until 80% done. set aside.
Directions for Manchurian Preparation:
3. In a wok heat oil and add garlic, red chilies and cook for a minute.
4. Now add green onion (white part), red capsicum, green capsicum, onion and cook for 1-2 mins.
5. Now add prepared chicken, ketchup, soy sauce, white pepper powder and mix it well.
6. Now garnish with green onion and your Dry Chicken Manchurian is ready.
Directions for Scrambled Eggs Preparation:
7. In a bowl add eggs, black pepper powder, salt and whisk it well.
8. In a pan heat oil and add beaten eggs. Cook and scramble until they are fully done.
Directions for Egg Fried Rice Preparation:
9. In a wok heat oil and add garlic, cook for a minute.
10. Now add carrots, capsicum and fry for a minute. Add chili sauce, soy sauce, black pepper powder and cook for a minute.
11. Now add boiled rice, scrambled eggs and toss well over high flame for a minute.
12. Add salt, green onion and mix it again. Your Egg Fried Rice is ready.
13. Serve it with Dry Manchurian and enjoy.
