Chicken Malai Kabab

Ingredient Quantity

First Marination:
Soy Fed Chicken leg boneless 450 gm.
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1½ no.
White pepper powder 1½ tsp
Salt to taste
Second Marination:
Cheese Grated ½ cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
White pepper powder ½ tsp
Green Chilli Chopped 3-4 no.
Green Cardamom powder ½ tsp
Corn flour 1½ tbsp
Fresh Cream 1 cup
Butter for greasing
Chat masala for sprinkle
Red chilli powder for sprinkle

Method
1. Cut the Chicken into cube size and place it in bowl.
2. Wash the chicken and dry it with the help of napkin or kitchen towel.
3. Marinate the chicken with lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, white pepper powder and salt, Mix well and set aside for 10 minutes.
4. Take grated cheese in parat and mash well.
5. Add ginger garlic paste, white pepper powder, green chilli chopped, Green Cardamom powder and corn flour and mix it well.
6. Add this mixture into the marinated chicken and mix well.
7. Add fresh cream and mix slowly and gently. Keep it aside for 20-25 mins.
8. Preheat the oven at 180 degree C. for 10 min.
9. Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto the skewers.
10. Grease a baking tray with Butter.
11. Place the marinated chicken skewers onto baking tray and cooked in pre heated oven for 16-18 minutes.
12. After 8-10 min. remove the chicken from the oven turn it around, apply Butter and marination on top and cook it again for 8-10 min.
13. Transfer chicken Malai kabab in serving plate, apply some butter on top, sprinkle some chat masala and red chilli powder on top and Serve hot with salad and lemon slice.
