Chicken Leg covered dough

Ingredients for Chicken Preparation:
Chicken legs 6-8
Yogurt 1 cup
Cream 1/2 cup
Salt 1 tsp / to taste
All-purpose flour 2 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Red chili flakes 2 tsp
Mustard paste 1/2 tsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Chili sauce 1 tbsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Oil 3 tbsp
Oil (for deep frying) as required

Ingredients for Dough Preparation:
All-purpose Flour 2 cups
Salt 1/2 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Water as required
White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Garlic powder 1/2 tsp


Ingredients for Filling Preparation:
Marinated chicken
Egg wash
Sesame seeds (black & white) as required
Cheddar Cheese (grated) as required
Capsicum (julienne) as required
Jalapenos (sliced) as required
Prepared dough

Directions for Chicken Marination:
1. In a bowl add chicken legs, yogurt, cream, salt, all-purpose flour, corn flour, red chili powder, red chili flakes, mustard paste, chili sauce, soy sauce, cumin powder, coriander powder, oil and mix well. Marinate the chicken for 15 mins.
2. In a pot heat oil and add marinated chicken legs, deep fry them until half done. Set aside.
3. Now take foil paper and wrap the chicken legs in it. steam them over low flame for 25-30 mins. Set aside.
Directions for Dough Preparation:
4. In a bowl add flour, oil, water, white pepper, garlic powder and knead a soft dough.
5. Cover it with cloth and let it rest for 10-15 mins.
Directions for Assembling:
6. Take prepared dough and cut it into 4 equal parts. Roll them out into flat circles.
7. Now take one rolled out dough and place a chicken leg, cheese, jalapenos, capsicum on it. Now wrap the dough around the chicken leg.
8. Give it egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds.
9. Now transfer them on a greased baking pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 15-20 mins.
10. Your Chicken Legs covered in dough are ready. Serve and enjoy.
