Kids love drumsticks, and this is a perfect choice for family dinners. They're inexpensive and can be cut from budget-friendly whole frying chickens (save the breast and thigh meat for casseroles and similar dishes). The recipe works for whole chicken legs, and you can add some wings if you have any; adjust the cooking time for smaller pieces of chicken. Serve the chicken as a main dish along with coleslaw, potato salad, and baked beans. For special occasions, the drumsticks make great appetizers when enjoyed with dipping sauces like honey-mustard or blue cheese.

Ingredients:

Chicken Legs (Whole Leg Piece) 1/2 kg
Salt (Namak) to taste
Red Chilli (Laal Mirch) 1 tsp
White Pepper (Safaid Mirch) 1 tsp
Garlic Paste (Lehsan Paste) 1 tbsp
Mixed Herbs 1/2 tsp
Mustard Powder 1/2 tsp
Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
Viniger 1 tbsp
Chilli Sauce 1.5 tbsp
BBQ Sauce 1 tbsp

For Coating................

All purpose flour (Maida) 2 cups
Powder Milk (Khushk Doodh) 2 tbsp
Red Chilli (Laal Mirch) 1 tsp

METHOD:
1. Deep cuts on both sides of leg pieces.
2. Add all spices & mix well.
3. Cover and rest overnight (for best results) or minimum 6 hours.
4. Prepare coating by sifting (All purpose flour, powdered milk and Red chilli) all together.
5. Pick leg pieces one by one and coat well with the mixed flour.
6. Once done, take water in a bowl and dip each coated leg piece in water and coat (with mixed flour) again.
7. Shake to remove excessive flour.
8. Deep fry in hot oil.
9. Remove from oil when done and set on a grill instead of towel / tissue.
10.Serve hot.....!!!
