Chicken Korma Recipe | Degi Korma
Chicken korma is mildly spiced, yogurt based chicken curry.
Ingredients:

Salt
Onion 2
Cloves 5
Oil 200ml
Cinamon 2
Chicken 1kg
Yogurt 400g
Water 1 cup
Black pepper 9
Green chilies 3
Green cardamom 3
Kewra Water 1 tsp
Whole cumin 1 tbsp
Nutmeg & Mace 2 pinch
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Bay leaves (Kari patta) 2
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp

Recipe:

Heat oil in a pan, fry onions till it turns golden brown.
Take your fried onions from oil and put in a plate to set aside.
Cook chicken in the same oil till it turns white.
Now adding black pepper, black cardamom, green cardamom, bay leaf, and cumin seeds into the chicken and cook it well.
Take your chicken from the pan into the plate and set aside.
Cook ginger garlic paste in same pan for few mins & then add chicken with red chili powder & salt in it & stir it.
In a chopper, chop fried onions with yogurt and pour into chicken with nutmeg n mace.
Cook for 10 minutes with covered lid and then add water to cook for 10-15 mins more.
Dish out your Korma.
