Chicken, boiled, shredded and minced2 Onions, finely chopped and sauted until brown2 large Potatoes, boiled and mashed2 Green Chillies, finely chopped1 tsp. Chilli Powder1½ tsp. Ginger and garlic paste, each¼ cup Mint leaves, finely chopped½ cup Coriander leaves, finely chopped1 tsp. Garam Masala PowderSalt, to taste1 Egg beaten with salt and pepper½ cup BreadcrumbsOil for fryingMethod:-1. Mix all the ingredients together except potato, egg, breadcrumbs and oil.2.
