Yellow mustard (soaked in 1 tbsp. water or vinegar)2 tbsp. Dill leaves, chopped4 English cucumbers, finely chopped1 small onion, finely chopped1 red chilli, seeded and finely chopped½ cup White vinegar¼ cup sugar1 tsp. Salt2 tsp. Flour (stirred into 2 tsp water)Method:-- In a bowl mix the cucumbers with salt and keep aside for 30 minutes and drain out all the water.- In a pan add the cucumber, onion, dill leaves and turn on the flame.- Now add sugar, yellow mustard, white vinegar and wheat flour. Mix and cook on a medium flame for 8-10 minutes.- In a griddled pan, heat oil and grill the sausages in it.- Slit the hot dog buns in the middle.
