Chicken Haleem Recipe by Lively cooking

Ingredients for Shahi Haleem;
2.5 Kg Chicken Big Pieces
2 tablespoon coriander
1 tablespoon turmeric powder (pisi hui haldi)
2 tablespoon red chili powder (pisi hui lal mirch)
8-10 Green Cardamoms
2 Tablespoon Black Pepper Corns
2 tablespoon salt (namak)
3 tablespoon cumin seeds (sabut zeera)
10 to 12 cloves (longain)
1 to 2 inch of cinnamon stick (dar chini)
2-3 pieces black cardamom (badi Elaichi)
1 cup cooking oil
1 Cup Yoghurt
2 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste (Pisa hua lehsun aur adrak)
3 medium sized onions sliced (Kati hui pyaaz)
½ cup split bengal gram (chana daal)
2 ½ cups wheat (gehoon)
1/2 cup pink lentils (masoor daal)
1/2 cup split green gram (moong daal)
1/2 cup Black Gram (Mash ki Daal ya Urad Daal)

For Baghar;
1/2 cup cooking oil

Serve Haleem with: fried onions, chopped coriander leaves, chopped mint leaves, chopped green chilies, julienne ginger, lemons, garam masala and chaat masala
