One of the popular street food recipes loved by one and all. Spicy chicken mixture wrapped in refined flour rotis.CHICKEN FRANKIE - (Serves - 4)Ingredients250 grams boneless chicken, cut into thin strips2 readymade refined flour rotis1 tablespoon oil + for drizzling1 medium onion, sliced1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste¼ teaspoon turmeric powder2 teaspoons red chilli powder1 teaspoon coriander powderSalt to taste1 medium tomato, finely chopped2 teaspoons vinegar1-2 green chillies, finely chopped1 teaspoon chaat masala4 eggs1 medium onion, finely choppedMethod1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add sliced onion and sauté till golden. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute. Add turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon chilli powder, coriander powder, mix and cook for 30 seconds.2. Add chicken, mix and cook for a minute. Add salt, mix and cook for a minute. Add tomato, mix, cover and cook till chicken is done. Transfer in a bowl.3. To prepare chilli vinegar, add vinegar to chopped green chillies.4. To prepare spice mix, combine remaining chilli powder, chaat masala and salt in another bowl and mix well.5. Break eggs in another bowl. Add salt and whisk well. 6. Heat rotis on a non-stick tawa from both sides. 7. Place a roti on another non-stick pan and pour some egg mixture on top. Drizzle some oil on the edges and cook for a minute. Flip and cook till egg is done. Transfer on the worktop.8. Put some chicken mixture, some chopped onion and some chilli-vinegar on one side of each prepared roti. Sprinkle some spice mix on top and roll it.9.
