Chicken Fajita Box Patties Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
K&N’s Fajita Topping as required
Eggs (beaten) 2
Bread crumb 2 cups
Samosa patti 1 pack
Mozzarella shredded as required
White sauce as required
Chili sauce 1 tbsp
Mustard paste 1 tsp
Spring onion 1 cup
White Sauce Recipe:
K&N’s Stok cube 1
Butter 1 tbsp
Onion (chopped) 1/2 tbsp
Flour 2 tbsp
Milk 1 ½ cup
Salt to taste
White Pepper 1/2 tsp
Mixed Herbs 1 tsp
Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
Yellow Bell Pepper 1/4 cup
Green Bell Pepper 1/4 cup
All-purpose flour (mixed in water) 1 tbsp
White Sauce Preparation:
1. Melt butter in a pan, add onion, and sauté it for 2 minutes.
2. Add flour and mix it well. Gradually add milk (whisk continuously) and make a thick paste.
3. Then add K&N’s Stok cube and cook until thicken for 2 to 3 minutes on medium-low flame.
4. Add salt, white pepper, mix herbs, garlic powder, black pepper, and mix well.
5. Lastly add yellow bell pepper, green capsicum, and mix it well and set aside.
Box Patties Filling Preparation:
1. Prepare K&N’s Fajita topping as per the instruction on the pack. Set aside.
2. In a bowl add spring onion, soy sauce, red chili powder, mustard paste, white sauce mixture, and mix everything well.
3. Then take 2 Samosa Patti and place it crosswise.
4. Add K&N’s Fajita topping, prepared filling, mozzarella cheese then prepared filling again in center.
5. Then fold it in a box shape and seal patty well with flour mixture.
6. Then first coat these patties in egg and then in bread crumbs.
7. Heat oil in a pan and fry until golden brown from both sides.
8. Serve delicious with ketchup or chili garlic sauce.

Cooking Time: 12-15 minutes
