Chicken egg-fried rice is a quick, easy and cheap way to use up leftovers. Perfect for late-night meals or dinner in a hurry.

Chicken egg fried rice
Ingredients quantity
Oil 2tbsp+ 1tsp
Chicken cubes½ cup
Eggs 2no.
Garlic chopped 1tbsp
Ginger chopped 1tbsp
Green chilies chopped 3-4no.
French beans chopped3-4no.
Carrot chopped 1small.
Cabbage chopped ½ cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder1tsp
Vinegar 1tsp
Soy sauce 1tbsp
Red chili sauce 1tsp
Boiled Rice 4cup
Spring onion to garnish


Method
1. In a pan add oil and sauté chicken till it is cooked properly.
2. Once it is cooked properly remove it in a bowl and keep aside.
3. Now in the same pan make scrambled eggs and keep it aside.
4. Now in same pan add little oil, garlic, ginger, green chilies, and sauté for a min.
5. Now add French beans, carrot and cook it properly.
6. Now add cabbage and cook again.
7. Now add salt, black pepper, vinegar, soy sauce, red chili sauce, Boiled rice, and cooked chicken and eggs.
8. Mix altogether properly and sprinkle some spring onion in it.
9. Our chicken egg fried rice is ready.
10. Serve it in a bowl and garnish it with some spring onion and.
