Made with the most easily available ingredients in any home combined with chicken mince, this fabulous starter is a must try !CHICKEN CUTLETSIngredients 250 grams chicken mince 1 large onion, finely chopped 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh coriander leaves + for garnishing 2 green chillies, chopped Crushed black peppercorns to taste 1 teaspoon garam masala powder2 teaspoons red chilli powder Salt to taste 2 teaspoons lemon juice Oil for greasing + deep-frying½ cup refined flour (maida)2 eggs, beaten1 cup dried breadcrumbs Green chutney for servingMethod1. Mix together chicken mince, onion, coriander leaves, green chillies, crushed peppercorns, garam masala powder, chilli powder and salt in a bowl. Add lemon juice and mix again. 2. Grease your palms with some oil and divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into cutlets. 3. Dust the cutlets with flour, dip in beaten eggs and coat with breadcrumbs. 4. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry the cutlets till golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper. 5. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with green chutney.
