A must try recipe !CHICKEN CHANGEZIIngredient750 grams chicken on bone, cut into medium sized pieces½ cup yogurt2 ½ tbsps ginger garlic paste1 ½ tbsps lemon juice Salt to taste1 tbsps oil2 cups fresh tomato puree1 tbsp red chilli powder1 tbsp coriander powder1 tsp garam masala powder1 tsp chaat masala2-3 tbsps milk1 tbsp brown onion paste 1-2 tbsps cashewnut paste2-3 green chillies slit1 tsp dried fenugreek leaves2-3 tbsp fresh cream + for garnish1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander + for garnish Method1. Marinate the chicken with yogurt, 1 ½ tablespoon ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, salt and set aside for 30 minutes.2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, adds remaining ginger garlic paste and sauté well, add tomato puree and mix well.3. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, chaat masala. Cover and cook for 3-5 minutes or until the oil is separated4. Add milk, brown onion paste, cashew nut paste and cook for 2 minutes. Add marinated chicken, green chillies and mix well, and cook on high heat for 2 minutes.5. Cover and cook until the chicken is done, dried fenugreek leaves, fresh cream, coriander and mix well.6.
